What is brcdNPStatsRxForwardPkts?
Counts the number of ingress packets that the packet evaluation engine has determined should be forwarded, including both packets sent to the Traffic Manager and those dropped by rate-limiting. This helps assess how much inbound traffic is being processed for forwarding.
