This read-write field sets the default action for this port when a frame's MAC address is not explicitly listed in the MAC Address Filter Table: pass, block, or none to disable MAC filtering on this port (newvalPass is a functionally identical alias for pass added for compatibility). It's the per-port counterpart to the per-link cdx6500LfcmMacAddrFilterAction.
