What is tcpDelayedAcks?
Reports whether the server's TCP stack has delayed acknowledgments (batching multiple ACKs instead of sending one per packet) turned on. It's a read-only status flag, one of several TCP performance-tuning settings exposed under this MIB's engipConfig group.
