What is puConfigurationShutdownOnRuntime?
The estimated-remaining-runtime threshold, in minutes, below which the system will shut down; -1 disables this trigger. It complements puConfigurationShutdownOnBattery, which instead triggers based on elapsed time on battery rather than estimated runtime left.
