What is besConfigAutoBCCEnabled?

Indicates whether the AutoBCC feature is turned on for this server: value 1 means enabled, 0 means disabled. When enabled, outgoing wireless messages are automatically blind-copied to the address configured in besConfigAutoBCCAddress.
