What is pptpCtlConnState?
This shows the current state of the PPTP control connection per RFC 2637: idle(1), wait-ctl-reply(2), established(3), or wait-stop-reply(4). Although the MIB marks it read-write, an admin typically reads it to check whether tunnel setup is complete or stuck.
