What is pppLqmPeerInLQRs?

This counter tracks how many PPP Link Quality Reports (LQR) the remote peer has received on this link, as reported back during Link Quality Monitoring (RFC 1989). Comparing it with the locally-tracked pppLqmOutLQRs count lets an admin see whether LQRs sent from this box are actually reaching the far end.
