The pppLqmTable contains statistical information for each current PPP link on the system. Only the system can add or delete entries to this table.

Creating entries: Entries are created by the system each time a new PPP link was established and LQM negotiated successful.

Deleting entries: Entries are removed by the system when the corresponding PPP link is disconnected.
