What is pppLqmInLQRs?
This Counter tallies Link Quality Reports received from the remote peer, allowing local link quality assessment from the peer's perspective. High receipt counts show sustained monitoring activity. Example: receiving 1100 LQRs from a peer that is sending at 50 hundredths-of-second intervals indicates approximately 9 minutes of inbound quality data collection.
