mdmProfileIdleTimerCharDelay
Module: BIANCA-BRICK-MIBMODEM-MIB
OID (symbolic): BIANCA-BRICK-MIBMODEM-MIB::mdmProfileIdleTimerCharDelay
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.272.4.18.1.1.18
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: This object specifies the number of characters (octets) which is used to calculate the idle timer corresponding to the actually used receive bit-rate of the modem (see the object mdmProfileIdleTimerMode for further description). Default: 3
What is mdmProfileIdleTimerCharDelay?
Specifies the number of characters used to calculate the dynamic idle timeout based on the modem's actual receive bit rate. This allows the timeout to scale with connection speed. Example: with a setting of 3 characters at 9600 bps, the timeout is roughly 3 milliseconds.
