What is atmOamStatRdiState?
The RDI state is set to on(2) after receiving a RDI cell. The RDI state is to off(1) via timeout. The RDI state indicates whether the far end is signaling a fault, transitioning to off when normal cells resume. If RDI state is on(2), after 10 seconds of normal traffic it resets to off(1).
