What is atmOamStatCCRxCells?
This OID counts the total number of continuity check cells received from the remote endpoint in response to our tests. The reception count reveals whether the remote device is actively responding and available. Example: if 480 cells were sent but only 240 received, the remote device is responding to only half the probes, suggesting packet loss.
