What is atmOamStatAisState?
The AIS state is set to on(2) after receiving an AIS cell or detection of LOC (Loss of Continuity). The Ais state is set to off(1) either when receiving user cells (same VCC context) or via t. The AIS state transitions to on when an alarm signal arrives, reverting to off when user cells resume. AIS state on(2) means alarms received; reverts to off(1) when traffic normalizes.
