What is isdnStkTeiProc?

This specifies whether the TEI (Terminal Endpoint Identifier) is automatically assigned ('auto') or manually fixed. Point-to-point configs should use fixed TEI. Example: auto TEI assignment for BRI; fixed for PRI.
