Description: Shows the current state of Layer2. To allow ISDN connections, the state established(4) must be assigned.

What is isdnStkLayer2State?

This shows the D-channel Layer 2 state: tei-unassigned (no TEI), tei-assigned (TEI acquired), aw-est (awaiting establishment), or established (data frame exchange possible). Calls require 'established' state. Example: state 'established' means you can place or receive ISDN calls.
