Description: Number of timeouts of T3 during lifetime of the system.
What is isdnIfTimeouts?
This counter tracks the number of Timer T3 timeouts during the interface lifetime. Each timeout represents a failed Layer 1 activation attempt. Example: 15 timeouts mean Layer 1 failed to activate within the T3 window 15 times since boot.
