Description: The state of the call.

What is isdnCallState?

This is the current call state (null, initiated, outgoing-proceeding, outgoing-delivered, incoming-proceeding, active, disconnect-requested, etc.). Only 'active' calls are connected. Example: state 'active' means the call is connected and data can flow.
