No more bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedLowThresholdReached events will be generated until the value of the number of used IP addresses for VRGAPI subscribers exceeds bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedHighThreshold and a bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedHighThresholdReached is first generated.
