Reports the minimum time (in microseconds) observed during the reporting period between a DHCP Request message received by the WAG and its corresponding DHCP Ack response. This measures the fastest turnaround for the WAG to confirm and finalize an IP address lease after a subscriber's explicit DHCP Request.
