What is begemotAtmIfMaxVccs?
Reports the maximum number of Virtual Channel Connections (VCCs) supported by the ATM device, bounded by 2 raised to the sum of the VPI and VCI bit counts. This reflects the total number of individual virtual circuits the interface can handle simultaneously.
