What is bdbufferElMiss?

This counter tallies buffer element cache misses—times the system could not find a pre-allocated buffer and had to create a new one. Operators use it to identify insufficient buffer pool sizing. Example: bdbufferElMiss = 100000 indicates 100,000 cache misses; if this grows, buffer pool size should be increased.
