What is bdbufferElFree?
This integer counts the number of buffer elements currently unused and available for packet buffering. Operators use it to monitor packet buffer availability. Example: bdbufferElFree = 1000 indicates 1,000 free buffer elements; if this frequently drops to zero, the device is running out of buffering capacity.
