bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate

Module: BDCOM-MEMORY-POOL-MIB

OID (symbolic): BDCOM-MEMORY-POOL-MIB::bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3320.9.48.1.1.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-only

Description: Indicates whether or not this memory pool has an alternate pool configured. Alternate pools are used for fallback when the current pool runs out of memory.

If an instance of this object has a value of zero, then this pool does not have an alternate. Otherwise the value of this object is the same as the value of bdcomMemoryPoolType of the alternate pool.

What is bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate?

Indicates whether this memory pool has a fallback (alternate) pool configured that the device will use if the primary pool runs out of memory. A value of zero means no alternate pool exists; a non-zero value references the alternate pool's index.

Examples

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3320.9.48.1.1.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> BDCOM-MEMORY-POOL-MIB::bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3320.9.48.1.1.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> BDCOM-MEMORY-POOL-MIB::bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> bdcomMemoryPoolAlternate.1
