What is bdlocIfstunOutOctets?

This counter tallies total bytes of outbound STUN traffic. Network teams use it for egress tunneling measurement. Example: bdlocIfstunOutOctets = 95000 means 95 KB of STUN was transmitted; combined with packet count reveals average tunneled frame size.
