What is bdlocIfspanInPkts?

This counter tallies inbound Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) packets, used by switches to prevent bridge loops. Operators use it for STP activity monitoring. Example: bdlocIfspanInPkts = 10000 indicates 10,000 BPDU (Bridge Protocol Data Unit) packets were received; normal on switches with active spanning tree.
