What is bdlocIfotherOutPkts?

This counter tallies outbound packets for protocols not explicitly tracked, aggregating minor/legacy protocol traffic. Network admins use it to understand miscellaneous egress traffic. Example: bdlocIfotherOutPkts = 100 means the device transmitted 100 packets of untracked protocol types; if non-zero, the device is generating traffic beyond the main tracked protocols.
