What is bdlocIfmopOutOctets?
This counter tallies total bytes of outbound MOP traffic. Network teams use it for MOP measurement. Example: bdlocIfmopOutOctets = 3000 means 3 KB of MOP was transmitted; indicates legacy system maintenance or boot activity.
