What is bdlocIfipInPkts?

This counter tallies inbound IP (IPv4) packets received on the interface. Operators use it as a primary throughput metric. Example: bdlocIfipInPkts = 5000000 indicates 5 million IP packets were received; this is usually the largest contributor to total traffic on a data network.
