What is bdlocIfdecnetOutPkts?
This counter tallies outbound DECnet packets, part of the legacy DEC network protocol suite. Network teams use it to track older system traffic. Example: bdlocIfdecnetOutPkts = 0 is normal for networks without DECnet; any non-zero value indicates legacy systems are present.
