What is bdlocIfarpInOctets?

This counter tallies total bytes of inbound ARP traffic. Operators use it for ARP protocol overhead. Example: bdlocIfarpInOctets = 150000 indicates 150 KB of ARP traffic was received; ARP frames are small, so byte count reflects packet count.
