What is bdlocIfResets?
This counter tracks the number of times the interface performed an internal reset to recover from an error condition. Operators use it to identify instability. Example: bdlocIfResets = 3 indicates the port has reset 3 times since boot; repeated resets suggest a hardware defect or environmental issue (temperature, power fluctuation).
