What is bdlocIfLastOut?

This integer specifies the elapsed time in milliseconds since the last successful output packet was transmitted on the interface. Operators use it to verify the interface is actively sending traffic. Example: bdlocIfLastOut = 100 indicates 100 ms since the last packet was sent; a growing value suggests transmission has stopped.
