What is bdlocIfKeep?
This boolean field indicates whether keepalive mechanisms are enabled on the interface, used to detect when the remote end becomes unresponsive. Operators use it to confirm active monitoring. Example: bdlocIfKeep = 1 (true) means keepalives are enabled; the device will detect link down when keepalives stop arriving, faster than waiting for physical failure.
