bdlocIfInIgnored
Module: BDCOM-INTERFACES
OID (symbolic): BDCOM-INTERFACES::bdlocIfInIgnored
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3320.2.2.1.1.15
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: Number of input packets which were simply ignored by this interface.
What is bdlocIfInIgnored?
This counter tracks input packets deliberately ignored (discarded without processing) by the interface, typically due to admin-configured filters. Operators use it to understand policy-based drop rates. Example: bdlocIfInIgnored = 1000 indicates 1,000 packets matched a deny access list; if unexpected, the filter rules may need adjustment.
