Description: Use when received clock rate is greater than 2^32 (gigabits).

What is bdlocIfFSIPrxClockrateHi?

This field holds the high-order 32 bits of the received clock rate when the actual rate exceeds 2^32 (for gigabit-range links). Operators use it for high-speed serial links. Example: bdlocIfFSIPrxClockrateHi = 2 combined with a low value indicates a receive rate > 2 Gbps on a 10GE serial link.
