Description: The current Operational State of the Network Element which generated the trap.

What is trapNetworkElemOperState?

This read-only field shows the device's operational state when the trap occurred: enabled(1)=working, disabled(2)=not working. Provides context. Example: disabled(2) indicates the device was offline when the trap was sent.
