What is trapNetworkElemAlarmStatus?
This read-only field per TMN standards reports the device's highest alarm level: idle(1)=no alarms, indeterminate(2), warning(3), minor(4), major(5), critical(6). Summarizes device health. Example: major(5) indicates the device has one or more major alarms outstanding.
