What is bcamTraceAdmState?

This read-only bitmask indicates the administrator-commanded trace state: running(1)=active, save(2)=saving to disk, hold(4)=buffering for crash dump, stopped(8)=disabled. Shows operational intent. Example: a value of 6 (4+2) means the trace is both saving to disk and holding in buffer for diagnostics.
