What is bcamRouteArpDefault?

This read-only bitmask specifies the default ARP behavior for new node-type routes: off(1)=no ARP, on(2)=periodic, quiet(4)=on demand. Sets ARP policy. Example: quiet(4) means new routes use ARP only when needed to resolve addresses.
