What is bcamIfTabL2Monitoring?
This read-only field reports whether layer-2 monitoring (link-level diagnostics) is active: on(1)=enabled, off(2)=disabled. Shows diagnostic status. Example: on(1) means the interface is actively monitoring link errors and performance.
