bcamGlobalNumBitmap

Module: BCAM-MIB

OID (symbolic): BCAM-MIB::bcamGlobalNumBitmap

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.231.2.17.2.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The number of bitmaps to administer slots in the data slot pool. Every bitmap can administer 2048 slots. So the maximum number of slots in a pool is bcamGlobalNumBitmap*2048

What is bcamGlobalNumBitmap?

This read-only integer reports how many bitmap structures are allocated to manage the data slot pool; each bitmap manages 2048 slots. Maximum simultaneous connections = NumBitmap * 2048. Example: a value of 4 means up to 8192 data slots (connections) can be managed.
