What is bcamGlobalBroadcast?
This read-only field reports whether BCAM processes incoming broadcasts: on(2) means broadcasts are evaluated and answered if applicable, off(1) means they are ignored. Affects responsiveness to broadcast queries. Example: off(1) prevents BCAM from responding to ARP broadcasts, reducing network noise.
