The Max number of Permanent Virtual Channels available per physical line (line as defined in interfaceLineType). VISM has a PVC but is not linked to the lines, hence value=0 is returned.
What is interfaceNumOfPVC?
Reports the maximum number of permanent virtual channels (PVCs) supported per physical line; VISM cards return 0 since their PVCs are not tied to physical lines.
