What is ripIfResetTime?

Reports, as a TimeTicks value, how long ago (hundredths of a second) the current RIP interface statistics counters were last cleared. It tells an admin the age of the counters reported alongside it, such as ripIfStatsPktsRcvd, and can be reset by writing to ripIfStatsReset.
