What is atiStkSwLldpStatsTotalNewNeighbors?
Reports the total number of times a new neighboring device's complete LLDP information set was inserted into the neighbor/remote table, effectively counting new neighbor discovery events. This counter increases each time a previously unknown device is detected on the network.
