Description: The atiInDecline reflects the counter of Dhcp Decline input frames.

What is atiInDecline?

Counts the number of DHCP Decline frames received by the switch's DHCP server. A high or increasing value may indicate address conflicts, where clients are rejecting offered addresses because they detect them already in use.
