Description: The system temperature has gone below a low temperature warning threshold.

Temperature is in degrees Celscius.

What is tempLowWarnLimit?

This configurable threshold sets the lower temperature boundary (in degrees Celsius) below which a low-temperature warning is issued for the system. It allows administrators to be notified before the temperature drops to a critical error level.
