Description: The target temperature is the average temperature we would like the system to operate at if possible. It is used to calculate how long the fans should stay on during a cycle which is part of a duty cycle algorithm.
Temperature is in degrees celsius.
What is tempFanTargetTemp?
Sets the desired average operating temperature (in degrees Celsius) for the system, which is used by the fan duty cycle algorithm to determine how long fans should run per cycle in order to maintain that target temperature.
