What is plInpNodeProtocolEnableCarriers?
Indicates the protocol-level carrier enable/disable status (1 = enabled, 0 = disabled) for each carrier as a read-only byte string (256 bytes for a Head-End, 384 bytes for a CPE). This reflects which carriers the protocol has determined should be active, which may differ from the administratively configured set.
