What is nicFramesInQueue4Discarded?

This read-only counter tracks how many frames received into the NIC's queue 4 were discarded due to an error condition, most commonly a lack of available buffer space. Compare it against nicFramesInQueue4 to gauge what fraction of that queue's traffic is being dropped.
